Designing an anniversary card

Start
by filling the background with a solid color.

|
| Open
an image of a couple. |
|
|
| Drag
the image to the main file and knock out the background using
your favorite cutout method. |
|
|
| Create
an ellipse using elliptical shape tool. |
|
|
| Enable
add to shape area from the top bar. |
|
|
| Create
a few more ellipses overlapping each other. Basically we are
trying to create a cloud shape . |
|
|
|
|
| Create
more random shaped clouds. |
|
|
| Create
a rectangle using rectangular shape tool. |
|
|
| Press
Ctrl+T. Right click the layer and select perspective. Adjust
nodes to get the shape as shown. |
|
|
| Move
the layer below the couple image. |
|
|
| Create
some 3D depth by creating a thin rectangular strip below the
swing board. |
|
|
| Complete
the swing by creating some lines attached to the board using
line tool. |
|
|
| Create
a big heart shape using custom shape tool. |
|
|
| Change
layer mode to screen. |
|
|
| Rasterize
the layer. Ctrl+Click the layer thumbnail to get the
selection. From select menu apply modify>>contract.
Contract the selection by few pixels. Press Ctrl+Alt+D to
feather the selection. Press delete. |
|
|
| Type
"Happy Marriage Anniversary" with a nice font. Apply
some stroke. |
|
|
| Add
a thin border to the card. |
